CRTA Spring 2025 Brochure

Welcome to Cheshire Rural Touring Arts

Cheshire Rural Touring Arts is an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation.
We present a diverse mix of high-quality professional theatre, music, dance, comedy, and family shows.
A massive thank you to all our volunteer community promoters who select and host these shows, and provide a warm welcome to all audiences across Cheshire in village halls, community centres, libraries and other community venues.

Cheshire Rural Touring Arts 2025 Spring Season runs from the 28th March until the 14th June.

With a wide variety of shows, there really is something for everyone – if you fancy an entertaining, social, affordable night (or afternoon) out that’s on your doorstep, come along, we’ll see you there!

We have shows combining passionate Argentinian Tango and tangled stories of long-distance relationships; interactive family friendly shows journeying into the discovery of flight; magical children's tales of an ancient and powerful witch and seasons gone awry; dance shows with striking digital images and evocative music connecting us to nature and our environment; white-knuckled tuc-tuc rides through sun-kissed palaces, fiend-infested forests to meet the world's wildest Goddess Kali; the development of the music we love today from its roots in traditional folk and blues, right through to contemporary classics and all-time favourites on classical guitar; Ancient Greek tales turned into a modern-day myth; haunting melodies of folk inspired classical music; and...headline act...none other than comedian, Robin Ince, sharing all things about the universe and the neurodiverse.

See our What's On page for full details of the Spring 2025 programme and how to purchase your tickets.
